The well-being of your apartment is very important to us, and we want to fix any problems as soon as possible.  Routine mainteance requests are processed only during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)  To help us provide you with a quick response, please be as specific as possible when describing your problem.

To report an emergency maintenance situation, please call our office at (916) 444-9898.  An after hours answering service answers all calls on evenings and weekends.  For police or fire emergencies, dial 911 before contacting Laughton Properties.
